What better way to spend your Sunday evening than debating some basketball? There are very many talented NBA players that play both ends of the floor. But there can only be one crowned as the best, of course this is all opinions so there is no clear cut correct answer. I will list some notable two-way players and make my pick then arrange them in my order. This is based off stats and even for a few, reputations. Most if not all of these players have been on the NBA Defensive first team, second team or received votes to be on the team. I have decided to choose from: Russell Westbrook, Jimmy Butler, Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, Lebron James, Anthony Davis, Andre Drummond.

Ok, so after doing some research and going back and forth with my decision, I decided I would go with Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard as my pick for the best two-way player in the NBA. He's the reigning Defensive Player of the Year, his Spurs have the second best record in the league behind the defending champs Golden State. He leads his team in points per game and steals per game. Leonard is ranked in the top 10 in the league for steals per game.

Here's how I ranked the rest of the players I named:

  1. Kawhi Leonard (Spurs)

  2. Paul George (Pacers)

  3. Andre Drummond (Pistons)

  4. Anthony Davis (Pelicans)

  5. Russell Westbrook (Thunder)

  6. Jimmy Butler (Bulls)

  7. Lebron James (Cavs)

Whose your pick and how would you rank these players? Think anyone is missing from the list? Let me know in the comments!
