Then there was one... after this evening's loss, SMU remains the only undefeated team.
Trailing 5-2 early in the first half was as close as the Gamecocks would get as Alabama rolled to a dominating 73-50 victory at home.
Riley Norris and Justin Coleman combined for 41 points in the game. The Crimson Tide defense limited the Gamecocks to 16 percent shooting from beyond the arc, and just 35 percent from the field.
The Gamecocks offense struggled with only Michael Correa reaching double figures posting 14 points to go along with his 10 rebounds. Norris led the charge for Alabama with 27 points and seven rebounds, Coleman chipped in 14 points, five rebounds and six assist.
